My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. She's such a lovely person, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She took so much time and pride in making sure my hair was absolutely perfect, explaining every step along the way and giving me loads of advice on how to keep it looking its best. I had a bit of an issue with my appointment but it was all sorted out quickly with a complimentary treatment. I had a different stylist in the end but I loved the outcome. Trish was super friendly, super precise with my hair cut. I really loved that about her, she ensured no stray hair was left poking out and my ends were evenly cut. I would definitely recommend Trish to anyone who needs a new style. I also love that they offer refreshments because I really needed a cup of tea and it really finished the experience.

Such a lovely, friendly place to be. From start to finish such a great service. Best hair wash with the most relaxing head massage. Followed by a lovely coffee and fantastic hair cut. Highly recommend.

Lovely, friendly salon... such a nice atmosphere and great vibe....They even have a menu with drinks and snacks ✨️ Summa and her co-workers are all amazing and friendly. Summa did a fabulous job, a lovely toner, wash and blow-dry... Highly recommend this place.
