I recently attended a Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Justine, and it was a truly transformative experience. I felt completely safe and supported throughout the session, guided by Justine’s soothing and reassuring voice. Her presence and gentle direction made it easy to surrender to the process and connect deeply with my breath. I left feeling lighter, grounded, and peaceful. Wow! Amazing. Aromatherapy Massage and Angel Reiki. The amount of feedback Justine gave me was wonderful. She’s very passionate about her work and that comes across very clearly in her treatment. My first experience with breath work! I really didnt know what to expect, I am always a little intimidated by new things and groups. Justine is so protective and calming, she explained the breathing cycle and it really was as simple as that! I can always trust Justine to hold space for me, a practitioner worth more than her weight in gold💖 We had a perfect serene Saturday morning, with the view of the misty mountains, golden sunshine and listening to the birdsong: breathing all the stress away🙏🏼 It's definitely worth a little adventure, to get some weight off your shoulders x
