Kelly is so friendly and welcoming, which makes every appointment a great experience. She’s consistently brilliant, she really knows what she’s doing, gives honest advice, and I always leave with my hair exactly how I want it. my first time sat in a salon chair in 10+ years. I suffer with really bad anxiety and bipolar and I have to say all the girls where friendly in salon. amie fitted my extension, and talked me through it step by step, she was really calming and an overall loverly person. I am over the moon with my hair and will be recommending her and the salon to others. thank you so much

My long hair has been falling out & I decided to cut it to make it less noticable. This was my first appointment with Shanté & she instantly made me feel at ease. I was so anxious and upset prior to my appointment to have my hair cut short but Shanté knew exactly how to take care of me & was really supportive the whole time. Shanté listened and made sure I got what I wanted. The environment is calm and it was lovely knowing I had her full attention which is not always the case in bigger salons. It really shows that Shanté cares about her client's and I love my new hair! Thanks Shanté 🙂

I always love getting my hair done by Shanté, i always have a great conversation with her and enjoy every second im there, she makes sure all her clients have a positive, comfortable experience and are leaving genuinely happy with their service. Its made so obvious she cares about her clients, their experience and her work. Shes always worth the drive down from surrey and im always excited to come back x
