Tracy was so patient, talked me through the process and gave me great aftercare advice. I absolutely love my nails! She got exactly what I was going for. I’m very appreciative that she never rushed and in fact stayed beyond the length of my appointment and shop closing to finish. 100% recommend. Thank you so much!

I had my gel toes done by Ella today and had such a lovely experience. Ella is a junior therapist who is still in training, but she was fantastic. She was so attentive, took her time, and clearly cared about making sure everything was just right. As she’s still learning, she was given guidance throughout the appointment to ensure the finished result was perfect, which I thought was brilliant to see. It is clear that Allure really invest in helping their junior therapists develop their skills and confidence. I am so pleased with my toes and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ella! X

I couldn't recommend Alex enough! She is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I was really nervous before my appointment, but she was so reassuring and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. Alex is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The results are amazing, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now. If you're feeling anxious about booking a wax, especially a Hollywood, Alex is definitely the person to go to.

Had my eyebrows waxed for the second time here by the lovely blonde lady, so chatty and just makes you feel relaxed straight away, absolutely adore my eyebrow shape , certainly will be back for more treatments again soon x

My parents visited today for a Hydrafacial, and the whole experience went perfectly. They were treated by Daria, who did an outstanding job. She was excellent, She worked gently and carefully, always checking they were comfortable. The salon is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Right after the treatment, their skin felt deeply cleansed, softer, smoother, and looked brighter and more radiant. My parents are very pleased with the results. A huge thank you to Daria for her skill and care. We will definitely return and highly recommend this salon and Daria to anyone looking for great skincare. ❤️
