Veronica gave me beautiful curly twists and did so with such skill and care. From the moment we began, her warm and gentle attitude put me at ease — something I truly value, especially because I have a very sensitive scalp. She braided my cornrows with such tenderness and precision that I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable the whole experience was. On top of that, she kept perfect time and carried herself with such hroughout. Her combination of speed, gentleness, and grace is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had my hair done by her. Noma is the best wax specialist, made me feel so comfortable. Tabi’s wig lines are CLEAN and she’s so gentle no tension on scalp. They used Mizani hair products on my hair. The food at the cafeteria is good too. 10/10 experience

I had such an amazing experience at The Pink Room today! I booked one of their packages and added a few extras, and they accommodated everything seamlessly with no fuss at all. The team was incredibly friendly, professional and the space itself is absolutely stunning. Aunty Phati did such an amazing job with my hair! I am so happy :) .
