I had such an amazing experience at The Pink Room today! I booked one of their packages and added a few extras, and they accommodated everything seamlessly with no fuss at all. The team was incredibly friendly, professional and the space itself is absolutely stunning. Aunty Phati did such an amazing job with my hair! I am so happy :) . Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I’m very happy with my hair. The stylist did it exactly the way I asked and without putting too much tension on the hairline. The salon is lovely, clean and peaceful and the staff are very friendly. Only surprise was that blow dry is charged extra for braid service

I’ve had so many disappointing experiences with salons that don’t understand ethnic hair. Until now. This was the first time I truly felt seen, cared for and confident in the hands of professionals who get it. From the gentle wash and restorative head massage to the careful blow-dry and iron. Everything was done with intention and respect for my hair. I left feeling relaxed, beautiful and understood. It’s not the closest place for me but I’m glad I went. I arrived and got attended to immediately-my appointment time was respected. I was Done with wig line in exactly 1hr. Gugu was the most professional and gentlest hair stylist I even slept whilst she was busy. Security is 100%, location was easy to find and you can park your car right outside the salon. Also they serve you with refreshments👏🏾👏🏾
