When I came to twin my hair was damaged from a beautician in my town ( I don’t live in Chicago). I noticed that my hair wasn’t growing. I went back to twin and she got my hair straight. Thank you. My hair is now getting stronger and longer.

Besides the fact that my hair is in excellent condition since going to Louy, I get endless compliments on my hair after his fabulous blow outs EVERY time!!! Sari is amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable with her craft. This time around I focused on the haircut and toning my hair dark. I showed her a few pictures that I liked for the cut and she got right into it. I told her I wanted my highlights toned dark. She whipped up a color that works great with my natural color. I absolutely adore Aimee! She's so sweet, has a gentle hand and is very attentive with making sure she doesn't braid with a heavy hand. I gave 4 stars because of the person helping her. That lady was pulling my head so hard that my whole head was hung to the side and my scalp felt like it was on fire. I had to ask her to stop pulling so hard. Braiders should not just concentrate on doing hair, you need to also be attentive to the client and how they might be feeling. I would never feel comfortable referring that braider to anyone. Aimee deserves 10 stars and others can learn from her.

Barbara did a good job checking in with me on size and length of the twist but she did give me regular twists instead of the knotless that I requested and paid for (even though I confirmed twice that I was getting knotless). (I didn't notice until now). The style is still super cute and super neat though! And she did a great job!

The only braider I want at Marth’a Beauty Supply and Braiding! Gillian is a sweetheart that gets right into it! Her work is impeccable! She gives the same detail precision and attention to every braid — start to finish! Her coworkers are always complimentary of her work and that speaks volumes! Sari is truly a gem! She did my highlights, added lowlights, and gave me the most perfect layered cut. My hair was damaged from my previous stylist, and she treated it with such love and care, it meant so much to me. I’m a natural brunette, and she blended my highlights so beautifully, all while making sure my hair stayed healthy. You can feel how much she loves what she does, and it shows in her work. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and so grateful I found her!

Obe is so amazing! Helped me to achieve the color mixture I wanted and was conscious and considerate of appropriately measuring the amount of hair per braid based on my hair texture. I have fine hair, I really appreciate her recognizing that, and not weighing my hair down with too much braiding hair per braid. Already re-booked!

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing.
