First visit to MUSUBI and it truly exceeded my expectations. I came in with flat hair and uneven broken layers and Director Takuya completely transformed it he kept my length while creating seamless connected layers added volume and made my hair feel light and healthy again. The team was warm and attentive throughout Carmen and Harper were amazing and I appreciated the no hard selling when I added a treatment last minute. Takuya also gave personalised practical styling tips I can follow daily. I left feeling much more confident and genuinely happy with the results and will definitely return.

Though i had only come to Salon5 for haircut by Marc two times during my 3-month short stay in Singapore, Marc was professional/skilled and did a great job. I did ave a great experience here and learned some useful tips for hair styling. Marc and the gentleman at reception desk (sorry for forgetting to ask his name) were very friendly, so I believe everyone will also enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in Salon5 a lot. If I have the opportunity to stay in Singapore in future, will come to visit Salon5 again.

Silver has been my stylist for more than 10 years. That speaks volume of how much I trust her with my hair. From long wavy manes to short pixie, she never fails to assure me on my decision-making, be it hair color or style. A quiet personality yet friendly and always smiling, she is very patient and a good listener. She will listen to what you want to do with your hair and gives her opinions when it's due. She is not your typical in-your-face kind of stylist that will 'force' you on styles or treatments that you do not need. Because of these, she earns new clients from my family and friends.

“I had a really bad experience from a previous barbershop that overused thinning scissors, which made my hair uneven and feel terrible. Thankfully, I decided to try The Fade House and was attended by Ezzy. He completely saved my hair! Ezzy did an amazing burst fade — the precision, blending, and detailing were superb. He fixed the uneven texture and styled it perfectly. You can really see the craftsmanship in his work. I’m very satisfied with the result. I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m around the area and highly recommend this shop!”

I went for their TCM slimming and VV face lifting treatments, and they took the time to understand my concerns before recommending what suited me best, without any hard selling. Throughout the session, they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The TCM slimming treatment felt relaxing yet effective, and I could feel my body becoming lighter and less bloated. The VV face lifting treatment helps lift my face and reduce double chin.
