I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. I rang the salon today and spoke to Georgie and thanked her for the fab haircut and highlights she did yesterday for my youngest daughter. I then asked if she could cut my hair and she fitted me in today at 5pm. I had a consultation with George wash and cut I am so delighted with my fab new haircut is fantastic. The personal service is excellent, modern, fresh salon, lovely products. We've been customers for 11 years both my daughters and I love the service and attention and thank Caroline and her wonderful team. Highly recommended 5 stars

I meet Scott this afternoon for my initial consultation. I have the remains of some badly done Microblading dating back to 2010. Scott went through everything with me advising the best course of action. I had two patch tests done and was delighted when he said he could start my treatment next week (providing there is no reaction to the patch tests) Finally, I am on the road to getting rid of this awful colour in my eyebrows 😊🙏 My appointment was on time and the treatment room was spotless!

I loved having my hair cut and blowed dried by Sophie, she very kindly used cooler water to wash my hair it was heaven what with hot weather. Sophie did a brilliant job and even had a bottle of cold water on hand from the chiller, fantastic thank you.

Amy was absolutely fantastic with my 16 yr old daughter for her pre-prom hair colour consultation. She explained all the different colour options, the longevity of different treatments, the risks associated - and her most appreciated professional opinion on the best option. Amy took her time to explain, engaged directly with my daughter and sought her feedback on what she ultimately wanted to achieve. We came away from the consult feeling confident in the next steps. Very excited to book in with Amy for my daughter’s special prom do!

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Where to begin! Not only is Rachel a master of her craft, but a genuinely lovely girl who can put even the most anxious people at ease. I’ve never ever left a salon actually happy with my hair until Rachel did my hair, and I get complimented all the time!! 2+ hours pass like minutes in the chair, and I look forward to my yap (and matcha) every 6 weeks. Could not recommend more <3

Went straight to Kelsea for a consultation after seeing her work on Instagram and booked in for a colour correction. My hair was originally in 3 blocks of different shades of blonde so I was unsure of the best colour option. Her professionalism, knowledge and easy going personality made the whole process an enjoyable experience and the results are the best I’ve ever had! Already booked back in for my next appointment! Go see her!

Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷
