I was embarrassed about the condition of my hair, but she immediately put me at ease and gave me a safe space to share the challenges I’d been facing. We started with a strand test because she truly cares about healthy hair. My silk press and trim turned out beautifully, and I left feeling like a brand-new person with my confidence restored.
