Caesar was absolutely phenomenal and walked me through every step of what we were doing with my hair, asking me my thoughts and goals for my hair. Maria was also thorough during our consultation. I have had so many bad experiences with hairdressers, but this is by far the best I’ve had. I will absolutely be back and I cannot recommend them enough.

I absolutely loved my experience today! My hair looks so beautiful, hydrated, and healthy, and the haircut turned out perfect. Ashiya was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional — she really took her time and paid attention to every detail. I could tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I had such a great experience with London! I got a closure sew-in and LOVED it. When I came back for a wash and maintenance, she made sure to ask me how I’d been liking it and if there was anything I wanted done differently. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave her chair feeling amazing. She’s super detail-oriented (which I appreciate SO much) and her energy is just so good you feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend!

Love coming here because I always feel at ease. From every step of the way from consultation to final recommendations of hair color maintenance to cut… Ainur is such a sweetheart and love how she pulls out the color book to match the desire color of inspiration. My first time going towards a deep cherry coke/ deep wine color and it came out fantastic! If you are looking for quality work that a hair colorist takes hours to process for that fabulous look.. look no further. Thank you Ainur!!!

This guy is not a barber, he’s an artist. It’s the first time I’ve gotten a crew cut where the barber knew exactly what I preferred just off of how own intuition of what would work on my head and hair.

I had a great experience. Laiz and her teammate were super kind and helpful. They did a great job and explained my curly hair better to me. They also listened to my concerns about too much hair being cut off. I have 3C/4A hair and they definitely knew how to care for it. 100% recommend

The salon was clean, the staff was nice, the service was professional. The person doing the consultation, David, was respectful of what I wanted (partial balayage) and helped me decide on the color / tone. The person that washed my hair was great and the girl that blow dried my hair was nice. I'd definitely come back and recommend.

I was a walk in. I was warmly welcomed & wonderfully helped. While the stylist finished up with someone, I sat on the comfy couch in the rear of the salon. I was given a consultation after a short time. My hair is curly & it needed to be trimmed and shaped. The results were just what I was hoping for. Thank you Harix of Roots Radicals Williamsburg.
