Caesar was absolutely phenomenal and walked me through every step of what we were doing with my hair, asking me my thoughts and goals for my hair. Maria was also thorough during our consultation. I have had so many bad experiences with hairdressers, but this is by far the best I’ve had. I will absolutely be back and I cannot recommend them enough.

Lola gave me a fabulous wash and blowout! Luis took great care of me when he washed and conditioned my hair; great scrubbing of scalp and the back of my neck. Second time here and I keep coming back! Highly recommend!

Love coming here because I always feel at ease. From every step of the way from consultation to final recommendations of hair color maintenance to cut… Ainur is such a sweetheart and love how she pulls out the color book to match the desire color of inspiration. My first time going towards a deep cherry coke/ deep wine color and it came out fantastic! If you are looking for quality work that a hair colorist takes hours to process for that fabulous look.. look no further. Thank you Ainur!!!

The salon was clean, the staff was nice, the service was professional. The person doing the consultation, David, was respectful of what I wanted (partial balayage) and helped me decide on the color / tone. The person that washed my hair was great and the girl that blow dried my hair was nice. I'd definitely come back and recommend.

I was a walk in. I was warmly welcomed & wonderfully helped. While the stylist finished up with someone, I sat on the comfy couch in the rear of the salon. I was given a consultation after a short time. My hair is curly & it needed to be trimmed and shaped. The results were just what I was hoping for. Thank you Harix of Roots Radicals Williamsburg.

Abie did a great job with my son, my brother and myself. He kept my brother amused throughout his haircut.

Had a consultation with Jamal today. While waiting to meet I was able to watch his work. The woman that sat in his chair left with healthy flawless looking hair. In addition, during the consultation Jamal asked questions fully listened and thoroughly explained. Just booked my appointment. Looking forward to my next visit.
