It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

Eden was brilliant, took her time to make sure I was 100% with what I was having done. She was friendly and easy going, we had a lovely chat. And my hair was incredible, completely transformed my look, I am so so happy with her work, I definitely recommend her work & her patience. She made sure everything she did was exactly what I wanted! Ryan always listens to what you want to achieve with your hair. Very professional, experienced and friendly. Explains what he's doing with tips on how to style your hair at home. He clearly takes pride in his job. A perfectionist. 👍

This was my first experience with pressedbyJB and I have to say I will be returning! The quality of service was 10/10. I have 4C hair type so my shrinkage always stops me from being able to style my hair myself, my hair is extremely dry at times and I get a lot of dandruff. To be honest I was a bit embarrassed to go to someone new however, I was made to feel very comfortable in my appointment so THANK YOU. I was given some advice on what to do with my hair moving forward and what products would be good on my hair type. I no longer have a gape so can confidently wear my hair down. Thank u
