It was my first time at the salon, trying to find a new stylist. Always feel anxious about finding someone new. My previous stylist of 9 years had to close shop. I believe it was Joanna who did my hair. She did an amazing job. Felt like she totally knew what I wanted and the consultation was brief as a result the cut looks great. Very friendly and talented stylist. Also the decor and vibe of the salon was pretty cool. Love the occult vibe. 10/10. Will defo rebook.

Fabulous experience from Chris and the Team. From the second you walk through the door you feel like like a celebrity and you can tell everyone is so invested in YOU. From the little things such as head massages and drinks, to full consultations and great communication to create your dream hair, November Collective can do it all. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair as they keep the balance between hair health and your desired outcome. The vibe is amazing and the attention to detail in every aspect of the salon and to your hair is spot on. You guys are all amazing! Xx

My daughter has thick lush wavy hair. Abbie always offers advice on how to maintain the hair, and cuts her hair to her liking every single time. My daughter always enjoys her cut and blow dry appointments. 10/10

I went to Lucy for the first time on Saturday the 16th of August 2025 at 11am - and I’m absolutely in love with my hair! The colour is gorgeous—I can’t stop admiring it in the mirror. On top of that, it’s genuinely the best cut I’ve ever had!! Lucy is so friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience a real pleasure. I had a fantastic experience at the salon! Arriving early as one of their first clients at 8:30 am, I was warmly greeted with a smile and positive energy that set a great tone for my day. The salon has a lovely ambiance, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also received an excellent consultation regarding my hair and the haircut I was getting, which made me feel confident in the process. Highly recommended!
