From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. SJ took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, precision, and skill were top-notch. My haircut looks amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments! From the little things such as head massages and drinks, to full consultations and great communication to create your dream hair, November Collective can do it all. Ava is incredible. She puts all of her heart and soul into her job, she loves all the people she sees, and she loves what she does. Ive trusted Ava with my hair since she was a little trainee doing practice on me, and she's only gotten better and better. Wouldn't recommend anybody other than her. She's the best! :)

Always a relaxed and warm experience. Niki is always so patient every time I come in with the same questions and ideas about my hair colour. You will always get an honest and informed consultation and learn a wee bit more about what suits you every appointment. The head massage you receive is amazing and I could do with a wee lie down afterwards that teamed with a hand massage just makes your whole experience evenore special.

Wonderful birthday haircut for my daughter. Staff are lovely and really child friendly.

What makes a great experience for me at a salon is the attentiveness of your stylist and the staff. Allan did an amazing job of my hair and I love it but I knew he would so I expected to be happy with my hair when I left but from the minute I walked in to the minute I left he was attentive, chatty and friendly and my overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend Caldow’s for great styles and service

I had a fantastic experience at the salon! Arriving early as one of their first clients at 8:30 am, I was warmly greeted with a smile and positive energy that set a great tone for my day. The salon has a lovely ambiance, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also received an excellent consultation regarding my hair and the haircut I was getting, which made me feel confident in the process. Highly recommended!
