I went in for a protein treatment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was absolutely No Wait Time, which was a huge plus! Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

When I first came to Healthy Scalp clinic my hair was thinning and breaking a bit. However, after about two treatments with Pauline, I can see a vast improvement in both the texture and body of my hair! My experience was great!! And it was 'top of the shelf' service with a smile!. I went in for a consultation because I had not idea want to do with my suffering hair. Left with a cut and colour (first colour) that had me feeling like I had too much power lol. It was a good experience. I felt heard and seen. I look forward to my next session
