This Japanese head spa treatment was absolutely amazing! From the super relaxing vibe to the gentle, thoughtful care throughout the whole experience, I felt completely pampered. The scalp massage was next-level — so soothing and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. My head and neck felt so much lighter afterwards, and my hair feels incredible. Visited today on a groupon offer for the Koran head spa and the glass facial easnt sure what to expect but all I can say is that it was amazing, the girls were so informative and talked me through everything that they were doing, the treatment room was so zen and relaxing, came away with nothing but praise for the whole experience, thankyou x

I had a Korean glass facial and Japanese hair spa today, it was so relaxing and the girl was lovely , she talked me through what she was doing and explained aftercare, just what I needed and will be back in the new year.

JJ had suggested a 'colour renew' treatment as my hair colour was too dark. I am really pleased with the results. Fab blow dry, excellent service as always. And thanks to Carmen for the drinks throughout the appointment.

Maddy and Tilly were both great. I went for their salon’s conditioning treatment - Tilly spent time on this - which was needed (my hair was very dry). They also managed to slot me in for a blow dry last minute on request which Maddy did really well - on leaving the salon my hair was definitely in a much better condition than when I went in and have had compliments! Will go back and try a hair cut next time! Was impressed
