Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. I absolutely loved my nano keratin hair treatment with Kelly! The results were phenomenal – my hair feels smoother, looks shinier, and is much more manageable with frizz virtually gone. Kelly was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the experience relaxing and fun. I'd highly recommend her for a nano keratin treatment – will definitely book again!

I've been coming to Ferhat for my hair since mid 2024 now and she is fantastic, she always understands what I want to do with my hair and gives me professional advice to achieve what in looking for without damaging my hair. I brought my daughter for a haircut also because she is just so good at what she does. Always friendly, we chat but she also understands when sometimes I just want to relax. Ego is a very welcoming environment too :)

Really great service as usual, as well as the best vibes from Lee-anne, Kelly, and Clair. I had no idea what to do with my hair (lots of shop bought dyes stacked on top of each other), but after getting highlights and a toning treatment, I came out with beautiful natural looking hair.

My appointment with Gemma was so relaxing and she makes you feel so welcome and at ease, not only did i get a head massage and hair treatment, i even got a neck massage and Gemma gives the best massages!!! Iv already booked in for my next appointment 😁

I have been coming to Rosie since 2020. Rosie always takes my visions into acount when doing my hair and they always come out 100 x better. Rosie is professional, but we have built up a friendship in the salon. I trust her with my hair, and she always supports me in trying something new and giving me her advice on what would or won’t work.Her salon is cosy, clean, professional and there always an inviting , relaxing feel to it. Rosie is very attentive, and always caters to your needs, her prices reflect how much work and love she puts in and are also reasonable. ( she could charge more).❤️

The treatment and haircut was so indulgent and the attention to detail throughout my haircut and blow dry was amazing. My hair felt refreshed, healthy and beautifully styled, and I left feeling really looked after. Ferhat is super professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable.
