Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. From the moment I walked in, Maria was so warm and welcoming - her salon is perfectly formed and looks the business she is clearly a true professional and certainly knows her stuff - so glad that i was given this recommendation. My appointment with Gemma was so relaxing and she makes you feel so welcome and at ease, not only did i get a head massage and hair treatment, i even got a neck massage and Gemma gives the best massages!!! Iv already booked in for my next appointment 😁

The treatment and haircut was so indulgent and the attention to detail throughout my haircut and blow dry was amazing. My hair felt refreshed, healthy and beautifully styled, and I left feeling really looked after. Ferhat is super professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. This salon is warm and clean, very welcoming and are very attentive with refreshments. Lucy takes her time, explains what services are needed to get your end goal. She is honest and gives you a rough timeline if your hair lightening cannot be reach in one sitting. Gives good advise on how to help take care of your hair. She does not try selling unnecessary treatments or services. Thank you Lucy
