Once again, brilliant work from Abi. Throughout the past 6months Abi has been VERY honest about my hair and I knew it was in bad condition but she’s helped me to slowly pull it back to a better condition. Abi has always given sound advice and options. After around six months patience and trying to improve my hair condition, we finally coloured my hair which was a big step as it’s very different from what I used to have! But…I like it!!! Once again, thank you Abi, you’ve restored my faith in going to the hairdresser which I was actually scared to do from poor experience elsewhere. Thank you! 😊

Freya was brilliant. Really took the time to discuss issues and options. Over the moon with the result - absolutely stunning colour and love the cut. Freya also went through how to style my hair at home which I really struggle with, so that was really appreciated. Always love my visits to Willow and highly recommend - such a lovely vibe and a great team of ladies.

I had a wonderful first visit and experience at Willow Hair & Wellbeing today. The salon atmosphere is so relaxed and professional, and Darcie did an incredible job with my haircut. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back. What an absolute gem of a find. I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone.

Natalie is warm and understanding of my elderly mother’s needs. She took great care to talk to us both about how mum’s hair should be styled and did a wonderful job. My mum looked glamorous and glowing as she left the salon. Mum referenced, she enjoyed Chloe’s firm head massage when shampooing and was pleased Natalie didn’t over chat when styling- mum finds it hard to process a lot of information. Louise did an amazing transition to my hair. I came to my appointment as a dyed and long haired red head and left with a platinum blond pixie cut. I absolutely love my new look.
