I had a wonderful first visit and experience at Willow Hair & Wellbeing today. The salon atmosphere is so relaxed and professional, and Darcie did an incredible job with my haircut. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back. What an absolute gem of a find. I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone.

Once again, brilliant work from Abi. Throughout the past 6months Abi has been VERY honest about my hair and I knew it was in bad condition but she’s helped me to slowly pull it back to a better condition. Abi has always given sound advice and options. After around six months patience and trying to improve my hair condition, we finally coloured my hair which was a big step as it’s very different from what I used to have! But…I like it!!! Once again, thank you Abi, you’ve restored my faith in going to the hairdresser which I was actually scared to do from poor experience elsewhere. Thank you! 😊

Had my haircut with natalie and root colour with Abi so happy with the result. Such a lovely salon and made to feel very welcome, the products they used made my hair feel amazing and brought some to take home, so i have that salon finish. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Louise did an amazing transition to my hair. I came to my appointment as a dyed and long haired red head and left with a platinum blond pixie cut. I absolutely love my new look. Thank you for all your care and attention to detail. What a team. We are so lucky to have this hair dressing salon in Woodbury.

Natalie is warm and understanding of my elderly mother’s needs. She took great care to talk to us both about how mum’s hair should be styled and did a wonderful job. My mum looked glamorous and glowing as she left the salon. Mum referenced, she enjoyed Chloe’s firm head massage when shampooing and was pleased Natalie didn’t over chat when styling- mum finds it hard to process a lot of information. Willow Hair is a credit to the village of Woodbury and we are delighted to have found Natalie’s highly valued hairdressing skills and compassionate, professional nature. Thank you! 🌟

After a traumatic past experience, I’ve struggled to find a hairdresser for my neurodivergent son. Marcus was fantastic from start to finish. After noting my son’s anxiety on the booking, Marcus kindly called and arranged for us to come in early for a chat. He was warm, patient, and spoke to my son with genuine kindness, checking in throughout to make sure he was comfortable. We left with a great haircut and, more importantly, a happy, regulated child. I can’t recommend Marcus highly enough. Thank you.

I was reassured by Gemma’s initial consultation with me. I explained that I was somewhat nervous, as I had had the same hairdresser for years. She listened to how I would like my hair to look. She then advised me on the best colour and style for me. I’m delighted with the outcome. Thank you Gemma x
