Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine care are truly outstanding – she goes above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely, but I feel absolutely confident in her. She is incredibly precise and attentive, and you can clearly see that she puts her heart into her work. Gemma is always lovely, she checks the temperature of the water when washing, gives a little head massage during condition. That is always welcome! Gemma chats just the right amount and is constantly checking that I am happy with the cut. She makes sure the cut is perfect before she lets me leave the chair. 100% recommend.
