Love Amy, she is a wonderful beauty professional and very down to earth. I've had loads of different treatments here over the years. More recently had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and also the lymphatic drainage treatment. I've often had spray tans and gel nails too.

I had a 'Live Well Massage' with Emma recently. I have to say it was the best and most detailed massage of my life. She uses techniques I have never come across and no one had ever done them on me. I weight and resistance train so my body is always in need of the appropriate deep tissue massage which is done properly. I have to say that myself and my body are thankful to Emma right now. Highly recommend.

The Japanese head spa was amazing and so relaxing. A brilliant combination of head, face, and neck massage. I would definitely recommend this treatment and the whole experience at Exhale.

Kate is the best personal care professional I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She is incredibly skilled across her many services, having received multiple of them, she is deeply knowledgeable about all skin types, especially for those with more complicated or sensitive skin, and she has a wonderful personality. Her training as a nurse gives her not only medical grade knowledge about how to service her clients, it’s clearly given her a wonderful bedside manner. I always always enjoy our chats during my appointment, and I am very lucky to have found her for all of my personal care needs.

I had the most relaxing and peaceful treatment ever. The room was beautiful and warm, the music was soothing and calm, the massage was like heaven. My body felt so relaxed and soft, I had a great night sleep too! Will go back on a regular basis to keep the benefit going :-) Strongly recommend Emma!
