I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

Amazing facial and massage. An hour and a half was too long for me and I did have neck ache from lying in the same position for so long - next time an hour would be perfect.

Wow. The sculptural face lift and intraoral massage was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Angela was fantastic and deserves all the praise and money, she was so good at explaining the steps of the facial and the pressure she applied was perfect - she worked so hard which I really appreciate. I can’t wait to book again. Amazing.

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

I went for 40-minute replenishing facial, and the entire experience was fantastic. Karen, the esthetician, was incredibly kind, lovely and skillful in her work. The massage she provided was especially delightful, leaving me with a lifted face and radiant glow that seemed to emanate from within.

Today was my first time visiting The Face Sculptors & I received the Sculptural Face Lifting Massage + Fractional Radio Frequency by Irina & the treatment and service was amazing. Irina was very welcoming & attentive, she spoke me through the treatment process and answered any questions I had. During the treatment she kept me updated on the steps, asking how the pressure was and if I needed less/more. It’s not your typical relaxing facial, but Irina made me feel so comfortable and relaxed & it was an amazing first experience. I instantly saw results and will be booking again in the New Year.

My treatment with Sorcha was amazing! I had the 60 min holistic facial and 30 min head, neck and shoulder massage. Sorcha was so mindful and created such a calming and nourishing environment. A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.

Fantastic facial and massage from Daneil!

I had the facial and full body massage. Overall good, especially the facial. I loved the smell of the products used and felt very relaxed afterwards. The massage was good but a very light touch compared to others I previously had. No neck and head massage, which is a shame as the head massage is one of my favourite ones. The full body massages I have had in the past also included the waist, stomach, glutes, but not this time, which was ok, I understand this might be to avoid some customers feeling uncomfortable but it could be an option to opt out. I really missed the head massage though
