I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

I had the most blissful facial of my life with Lina. I had the sculpting and lifting face massage and buccal massage. The facial was a fully immersive, relaxing experience with beautiful scents, holistic music and a nourishing, calming environment. She is an incredibly gifted skin therapist - I left with my skin looking sculpted, glowing and I felt deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to go back for another facial!!!

I had a heavenly facial and massage with Yasmine - who made me feel so relaxed and welcome. We discussed my skincare concerns and planned a facial to combat my needs. We did a sculpting and lifting facial massage with buccal massage to lift and tone my face. We also did a deeply nourishing mask and LED light which calmed my skin and gave me the most gorgeous GLOW afterwards. I cannot thank Yasmine enough for her magical treatment. I cannot wait to return to keep my skin looking flawless.

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

Just had my second Derma Frac microneedling treatment in Hackney Wick with Amanda. I am so happy with the results already. I was on the verge of getting botox for lines but this has given me an alternative. Needles are painless and love how the results just keep on coming after the treatment too. Had so many comments about how young I look.

This was an incredible experience - the massage, facial and sound bath were completely restorative, it was really the ultimate pamper package and I felt truly, truly relaxed. What a treat! Kristina is absolutely fantastic. Very experienced and highly skilled. I had a massage with her before and I came back for a facial this time. She took her time to do a consultation with me before the treatment which made me super conformable and relaxed. Her hands are so soft, smooth and gentle which I loved. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had the facial and full body massage. Overall good, especially the facial. I loved the smell of the products used and felt very relaxed afterwards. The massage was good but a very light touch compared to others I previously had. No neck and head massage, which is a shame as the head massage is one of my favourite ones. The full body massages I have had in the past also included the waist, stomach, glutes, but not this time, which was ok, I understand this might be to avoid some customers feeling uncomfortable but it could be an option to opt out. I really missed the head massage though

I have never had a massage or facial before got gifted a trip to still and it was amazing me and my wife had such a lovely experience there , lovely star and atmosphere and my facial was amazing and my wives massage was too never felt so rrelaxed thankyou thoroughly recommend
