Got the hydrating facial and neck deep in trouble services for my boyfriend, and he walked out such a happy man! Mr Lal was excellent and took such great care of him. The Lair does everything right - right from a relaxing ambience to customer service to treatments that are absolutely value for money. And they serve great coffee too!

I had a haircut from Prathamesh and honestly, it was one of the best barber experiences I've had. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and gave great suggestions without being pushy. The haircut turned out even better than I expected. As a hindi speaking 48 year old expat with thinning hair I had some trepidation about going in for a haircut (and my first-ever facial). The guy starts with "oh you're losing hair" and then to drive the point home suggests "it's looking quite barren from here". Haha ... self-loathing through the roof. Cultural differences I suppose. He sure was an artist with his tools though. If I had follicular abundance I'd probably be a regular. Or maybe when I muster the courage to shave it all off. Facial was quite relaxing.
