Had such a lovely experience with my facial treatment. My skin feels refreshed, smooth, and genuinely so much healthier after the treatment. I saw Nikki for a dermalogica facial . I lost count of all the different stages that she went through as I ended up being so relaxed. Cleansing, toning, scrubs, masks (including an amazing heated eye mask) moisturising. Not to forget the neck, shoulder, hand and arms being massaged as well. From start to finish, I was so relaxed, I'm amazed I didn't completely fall asleep tho I almost did! This experience is worth every single penny - Nikki is a total credit to the beauty industry and I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting a good experience

This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. Cassie always gathers information about the condition of my skin on the day and then carries out the facial accordingly. It is very relaxing and my skin is always has a healthy glow afterwards. I’ve had a few facials over the years and Cassie’s are definitely my favourite

Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. Decleor 55 min facial amazing I have never had a treatment like and I have had facials at many exclusive spas but none compare with this one by Nikki .to call it a facial is a massive understatement will be rebooking . Thank you Nikki I have never been so relaxed .

I had the Kobido UP – Japanese Lift & Glow Ritual today and it was an incredibly calming, deeply immersive experience. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The whole experience felt thoughtful and restorative, and I left feeling deeply relaxed.
