Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while. I had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Jane and would highly recommend her. I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. I was given aftercare advice and was told just to message her if I had any questions after I had left. Thank you soo much Lucy 😊 xx

Lucy is just the loveliest human being, she was so gracious when I arrived very late due to travel issues (from Solihull) and gave me options in order to accommodate me so I didn't have a wasted journey. Not the best circumstances to arrive for a massage but Lucy helped me relax immediately. This was my second visit, a warm friendly welcome, Lucy worked her magic and my tension just melted away, a thoroughly relaxing experience with helpful aftercare advice. Highly recommend

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
