So pleased I called to book and managed to get in following a cancellation. Dermo Facial booked. Lovely atmosphere (as always) and therapist. Enjoyed the treatment especially the chocolate mask and an unexpected arm massage. Thanks Adele, I'll be back :)

I had the first time facial this morning. Stacey was amazing. We spoke about my skin and my main concerns and she gave me some great advice and a plan for treatments going forward and I’ve already booked my next facial for a months time.

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

Had the most amazing relaxing facial today 😍✨ From start to finish it was such a calming experience. My skin feels so soft, fresh and glowing! The atmosphere was lovely, so relaxing and I left feeling completely refreshed. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into every step. I had a first time facial today and I highly recommend! Stacey was very friendly and professional, she assessed my skin and we discussed my problem areas. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I felt listened to. Stacey explained what I need to achieved my goals. I have a home care kit which I can’t wait to get started with. The facial its self was super relaxing afterward my skin feels amazing! It’s so soft, smooth and glowing. I can’t stop touching it! See you again in 4 weeks. Thank you!

If you haven't already been for Lousias New facial then get booked in now. It's an amazing experience with instant results. A friend I haven't seen since March asked me if I had a face-lift It's that good. Get booked in It's still on offer at the moment .

Absolutely LOVE it here!! Everyone I've met so far has been very welcoming, friendly and really made me feel at ease. I had my first ever curly cut today and I was really nervous about it. Sarah was incredible, she was so reassuring and checked at every point i was happy and really helped so much with the vast amount of knowledge she has about curly hair. I feel ready to start the curly hair journey now with your help. I love it already!! I travel from Sheffield, before my last vist I accidentally booked the wrong salon, I am sooo glad I did. It's the best mistake I have ever made by far.

Not saying LA’s facials are a miracle, but when you try to log into your online bank to pay afterwards and your face isn’t recognised then that’s saying something. So glad people witnessed that 😂😂😂
