Leigh is fab. In-depth conversation about health/diet/hydration beforehand. Bespoke facial with fab neck massage and advice on future skin care. Beautiful room, friendly, relaxed and clean. Definitely recommend and will be booking again.

After a stressful few weeks had a lovely facial which was just the pick me up l needed. Laura was as always great!

Had an amazing experience today. I was really apprehensive with having a facial due to having such sensitive skin but Lauren talked through everything with me to make sure it was tailored to my skin type. Was so relaxing and just what I needed! Will definitely be going back for more facials and other treatments☺️

First time l have had million dollar facial but have been to Shades for other treatments. As always Laura was great!
