Julia's got magic hands, absolutely brilliant at her facials and massages and such a kind person too. Treatments weren't rushed and my surprise head massage was the best. I am going to be a regular and can't wait for my next session. Thanks Julia <3

I recently had Vitaran under-eye rejuvenation polynucleotide treatment with Lucy at Facial Concept, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lucy was informative, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly pain-free, and Lucy’s expertise and gentle approach were evident throughout. She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lucy and Facial Concept to anyone considering under-eye rejuvenation treatments. Excellent service.

I had the most amazing experience getting the BioRePeel facial with microneedling done, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! I've always struggled with my skin and couldn't never find anyone that could sort it out. Thankfully Lucy has done it, and would not look to go anywhere else. Thank you again for such an amazing treatment — I’ll am already looking forward to my next appointment and recommending you to everyone! 🤍

Marley look a great deal of time establishing what I was hoping to achieve with my lip filler appointment. It was pain free due to liberal numbing cream and I’m delighted with the results so far. Thank you 😊
