WOW. Probably the best massage I've ever had, and a gorgeous little place as well. My mum bought me the 'Best of Both' massage/facial combo for Christmas. I'd not had a massage for ages and literally never had a facial. Boy, did I need them both! Victoria was fantastic and super knowledgeable. I asked her to dig in and she really did. And my face looks and feels bright and hydrated beyond expectations! Booked in my next appointment instantly.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the salon. During the massage the therapist was sensitive to my needs altering the pressure to suit me. Our facials were also very relaxing and left our skin feeling cleansed and toned. We highly recommend S&S Beauty lounge and will definitely return.

Firstly being a little apprehensive to have my first non surgical aesthetic treatment.. I had nothing but a great experience .. from the consultation alone took away any fears as the owner herself was very hospitable and caring of what she does and how the treatment can make one feel… just doing the body contour alone has made me feel so much better in myself .. and someone who at the age of 46 is now experiencing facial acne … the hydro facial was less than amazing … Thank you girls .. can’t wait to see end results and also see what other treatments to come can do to make me feel amazing !

I recently had Vitaran under-eye rejuvenation polynucleotide treatment with Lucy at Facial Concept, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lucy was informative, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which made me feel completely at ease. I had the most amazing experience getting the BioRePeel facial with microneedling done, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! I've always struggled with my skin and couldn't never find anyone that could sort it out. Thankfully Lucy has done it, and would not look to go anywhere else. Nice facial. Would have been nice to have arm/hand massage whilst the mask is on, instead of lying there for 10 minutes. Feel it’s a little cheeky when you’re paying for 75 minute facial but you lose 10 minutes of this.

My treatments with Phin were lovely - body scrub, oil massage and facial with head massage. Perfect balance of accupressure, stretching and relaxing massage. Only negative was the music. Other than that I highly recommend.

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa and facial with Milda. She made me feel so comfortable, and her gentle, calming energy created the perfect space to relax. The treatment was thorough and soothing, my scalp, which usually struggles with psoriasis, felt clean, healthy, and almost completely clear. My skin was glowing, and I left feeling truly refreshed. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, especially those with scalp concerns. A truly healing experience!

It was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Milda made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She worked her magic on my scalp with gentle yet effective pressure, relieving tension I didn’t even realize I had. The facial was incredibly soothing—Milda’s technique left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. What really stood out was how attentive and intuitive she was to my needs, adjusting the pressure just right.
