I recently visited this salon and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and relaxing, and everyone was welcoming without being pushy. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. I felt heard and cared for the entire time. The actual haircut and styling were fantastic. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and explained what they were doing in a way that felt reassuring instead of overwhelming. My hair has honestly never looked better. It’s easy to manage at home. I love it!

The ladies are so lovely, quick, experienced and a good chat! My hair is exactly how I want it when I leave and I feel refreshed and bright. Will be booking in for nails and hair next using the onsite beauticians. One stop shop for me now!

Excellent relaxed service at NUYU.The venue is very clean,bright and welcoming . Lilly is really professional and friendly. .I was really happy with my treatments including facial and neck massage,eyelash tint ,nails shape and buff and gel to toenails. Would definetly reccomend. Thankyou Lilly I will definetly be visiting again soon 😊
