⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a fantastic experience! Brittany did an incredible job with my foils – perfectly placed and finished with a bright, fresh toner that I absolutely love. She also gave me a gorgeous style cut that feels light and healthy. And a special mention to Elysia for the most relaxing, blissful head massage – it was pure heaven! I left the salon feeling refreshed, pampered, and looking my best. Highly recommend!

Really good service and great cut

I was so happy with the service. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, and it was so quick!

I love lily me red and have since I started going when first opened , I love my trim but the length of my face framing layers weren’t listened to correctly and were cut too short and not the length I showed so I am pretty upset about that , other than that amazing

I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

I walked in and needed facial waxing done, on the off chance I could get an appointment & i was walked straight to the chair & a lovely young lady started straight away full face waxing, very impressed Thanks 🤩
