Perfect from start to finish. I had a head in the clouds massage. So relaxing with beautiful smelling oils . Finished off with the infrared sauna which was absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly ladies . Will definitely be returning xx

First time meeting Yvette for a recent back issue and ongoing ankle pain. She was incredibly thorough and instantly put me at ease. As she went through her checks, she described what she was looking for and what she found, so I felt involved in the assessment rather than just being assessed. Yvette was extremely professional and knowledgeable combined with the perfect amount of friendliness and warmth. This was my first experience of a deep tissue massage and she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me exercises to follow up with after. Highly recommended.

I took my 16 year old to see Yvette about recurring pain experienced when playing football. The assessment was thorough & the exercise demonstrations were really helpful, along with written resources which were emailed afterwards. Looking forward to my massage next week!

This was a follow up session for me and involved some very timely guidance on stretching for my ongoing “maintenance” as well as a targeted massage. The treatment and ongoing support to date has really improved my flexibility.

I found Yvette to be very thorough and highly experienced. She explained everything very clearly and gave me a set of exercises to target my problem areas. She then sent me these exercises electronically with simple illustrations. I thoroughly recommend Yvette as physiotherapist. She is also very friendly.
