Yvette was professional and very thorough in diagnosing my back issue. She explained things carefully and clearly and gave me pain management asvice. The massage she did has helped a great deal. She has also sent excercises for me to do.

Perfect from start to finish. I had a head in the clouds massage. So relaxing with beautiful smelling oils . Finished off with the infrared sauna which was absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly ladies . Will definitely be returning xx

Love this place so much, Angie and the team are lovely, and the hydrotherapy massage which I had on the deep massage setting was great, really relaxed muscles and felt lovely on my sore shoulders. Will definitely be back to do more here. Thank you!

First time meeting Yvette for a recent back issue and ongoing ankle pain. She was incredibly thorough and instantly put me at ease. As she went through her checks, she described what she was looking for and what she found, so I felt involved in the assessment rather than just being assessed. I took my 16 year old to see Yvette about recurring pain experienced when playing football. The assessment was thorough & the exercise demonstrations were really helpful, along with written resources which were emailed afterwards. Looking forward to my massage next week!
