I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!
