I felt very comfortable with Rachel. She advised me with all the options that she felt best suited for my skin. The results were fantastic.. I came in for a consultation, Lauren was very warm and welcoming and explained all my options really clearly. I had a patch test for a treatment I’m interested in but there was no pressure to schedule a follow up appointment. However, I will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely facial with Rachel this morning. She gave me lots of great advice. Was really careful & cautious with treatments, I felt safe in her hands. She also was really reasonable & wasn't trying 2 push any further treatments etc. It was refreshing to see someone who isn't a money grabber & who genuinely cares for her clients. I'll be back & recommending her to others.

I was very impressed with my treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. I also like the fact that I was told what treatment was been put unto my face,and what it's for.Over all I was very impressed and felt like a celebrity after my treatment.
