Catherine's a more of a friend who helps you lose weight than a coach. She knows the struggles and the journey and is always on hand to motivate.

Very very good! I’m glad I approached Catherine, if it wasn’t for her motivation and support. I would never have gone from a large t shirt to a small. In 2 months I lost over 17kgs in weight. Just to show that consistency and motivation to stick with it will achieve your goals.
