I had my bespoke treatment today by Liv, so reassuring and tentative,I've never been given stress balls to squeeze whilst having treatments ,was a first but actually felt the benefits they were a good distraction,such a relaxing calming environment with a friendly caring therapist who listens 🙌🏽
