I tried the strength & conditioning today. Nina was excellent. She taught me how each movement should be properly technically executed and then gently took me through her program. So much support and encouragement from her. It’s given me the confidence to book on to a larger class activity. So good to mix in with reformer sessions as well.

Nina always gets the best out of you and you work alot harder than you think! Lovely surroundings and personal teaching make all the difference. Definitely recommend.

Have been seeing Nina for about 5 months and I think she is FABULOUS but now I’m recovering from a spinal operation I think even more highly of her expertise. This lady knows her stuff. If you’re reading this, don’t question should I book? The answer is simple ….. YES!

The reformer never lies. Incredible attention to detail … I am learning so much. First time on the reformer three years ago - today (twice a week) I am a fitter healthier stronger person. Nina always has a plan. Nothing is random. Clear communication and strong focus. All of these and so much more describes Nina and her coaching. So grateful that I ‘gave it a go’ all those years ago.
