I’ve been struggling with lower back and hip pain for quite some time and needed advice and exercises to help rebuild muscle strength and improve balance. As a mum of four, maintaining core and pelvic stability is really important to me. During my appointment, I realised I’d forgotten to mention an old ankle injury when completing the online form — but Paul quickly picked up on a few issues that made everything click! It reminded me that I’d injured my ankle when I was 12. His attention to detail and understanding made such a difference.

Paul is exceptionally professional and highly skilled. His knowledge of the human body surpasses that of many fitness experts I have met or worked with. This was my first PT session in a very long time and Paul attentively guided me through the assessment paying very close attention to my limitations and capabilities to ensure that I wasn’t compromised in any way.
