Loved our 1st float. It was def needed after the stress of work, weightlessness coupled with a focus meditation was a treat. We both zenned out and totally relaxed. We'll sleep well tonight. It was absolutely amazing we're going back for more :)

Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

Amazing massage highly recommend it

What an amazing experience. The fry float was by far the most enjoyable experience of my afternoon. The weightlessness and guided meditation had me super relaxed and sleeping in no time (and snoring if I’m completely honest)! Thank you for looking after me. It was a very special experience and will definitely be back!

The massage was really relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. The temperature and relaxing music were just right. I look forward to my next massage.
