Great workout. Enjoyed the tuition and advice relating to alternate exercises for upper body (shoulders, biceps and back). Sometimes using hand weights is easier on the hands!

Had a great personal training session with Joe. Joe increased the weight/s for the sets and although hard work I know it pays off with an increase in my bone density readings and an increase in muscle strength. Perfect for a woman in her 60s!

Enjoyed the PT session very much - when I had finished that is - as I worked quite hard and was dripping with sweat! Never would work at such an intensity if I was training by myself so PT sessions are great and you realize the level you can achieve when coached/coerced!

Great pt session with Joe working on the lower half of the body, ie legs and glutes and at the same time thinking of keeping the core engaged. I certainly wouldn't work that hard except for the encouragement by the pt trainer Joe! Can certainly feel the legs and glutes today.

The P/T session on Tuesday focussed on the upper body, in particular muscles of the back as well as biceps. Was pushed by Joe during the P/T, as usual however today I can 'feel' the back and biceps. This means the session was 'fantastic' and I am very pleased Joe encouraged and pushed me!

Had a personal trainer session with Joe on Tuesday morning and I accomplish so much during the session and work out. No time is lost between sets and moving onto the next piece of equipment. A great workout thanks to Joe.

I had an 1 hour personal training session with Joe and we concentrated on upper and lower body. I have become much stronger in the upper body since training with Joe at Natural Strength and use my upper body strength to carry bags of compost around the garden. I would not be strong in the upper body if I did not consistently train with Joe at Natural Strength.

Great work-out today with Joe at Natural Strength - focussed on upper and lower body. I'm becoming much stronger in the shoulders and backs as well as my legs and very importantly the bone density scan reveals increased density of my bones. (I'm 67 years old.)
