It's a slightly weird experience but very relaxing and a good opportunity to have 'me' time. I was hoping it would get rid of a slight headache I had but unfortunately it didn't. That may have changed the experience if I was feeling better from the start. Great opportunity to try it using a special deal voucher thanks. Too pricey for me to do regularly though and doing it regularly is optimal for health benefits. The staff were friendly and helpful but didn't explain/sell other treatments/opportunities at Below Zero Cyro while I was there. Checking on website not quite the same.

Good, however, equipment didn't perform as it should. All good because I was able to repeat treatment without needing another appointment. Otherwise my experience with Below Zero is awesome 🏆
