Starting this health adventure has been cathartic. My sleep has improved, my bloating has decreased, my hunger has faded.... overall feeling of wellness. I will be continuing on from my fourth colonic into a full parasite cleanse. The plan is to manage weight and fatigue. Watch this space. My husband is doing this with me and we both are feeling new. Lovely environment… I had a 90mins Restoration massage with Muy - Amazing! Great technique - gentle, good pressure, nice and relaxing… definitely recommend Muy! Deserves a tip…

The overall experience was awesome, from the welcome on arrival, the actual massage and the tea and sweet treats served at the end. Pat was able to focus on the areas in my back and neck that were causing pain, and released knots and energy blockages. I asked for medium pressure, and Pat's massage was spot on. I walked out feeling lighter and I could turn my neck fully to both sides again! Highly recommended :)
