My experience was nothing but accommodating and relaxing. Sandra trimmed my hair with a nice straight blow-out and Julianna did my no-chip manicure and pedicure. These ladies were on-time, polite, and welcoming which provided a warm and safe environment after a rough 3 months! The salon was clean and the staff followed the precautions recommended by the State and CDC to ensure the health of their staff and guests due to COVID-19. All of these amazing ladies are extraordinary and this is a great addition to the Wicker Park Division Street neighborhood!

They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I have known Mischelle for 20 plus years and she is the best in the industry. I travel a lot and always make sure I see her before I leave knowing that my manicure and pedicure will last for a very long time (often a month and that's only bc the nails have grown but the polish is intact). I also go to her for a massage as she is very strong and often adjusts whatever needs to be adjusted. I feel lucky to know here as she does everything with all her heart and soul. My family adores her too because she is a very special person who cares not just about taking care of you but you as a person!
