The nail tech did not use a base coat before applying the polish. I tried to ask about the base coat, but we could not communicate well. After the polish was applied she fanned the toes to dry and started to get the cuticle oil. I had to ask her to stop and apply a top coat. I’ve never received a pedicure or manicure with no base or top coat. I’m not sure if she forgot or what. This was just regular polish. I don’t think it will last long without base/top coat. But she did apply the top coat after I asked. Otherwise, she did good job.

Anna did an amazing job with my nails. She is extremely professional and experienced. She made me feel very comfortable since this was my first experience with this type of manicure. I have been doing dip polish for two years and was looking for something a little thinner. Now my nails look natural, gorgeous and meticulous.

This was my second visit to Impress Nail Room, but my first time seeing Ivanna—and I couldn’t be more impressed! She’s incredibly detail-oriented and took her time with each nail to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I only get Russian manicures, and Ivanna exceeded my expectations. Her precision, patience, and dedication to clean, flawless results really stood out. My nails have never looked better! I’ll definitely be coming back and booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Valeria is incredibly talented meticulous, gentle and attentive. She always checks that I’m comfortable and never rushes. I had my nails done by her almost two months ago before traveling to the Philippines, and they grew longer than they have in over 10 years with zero chips! Her almond-shaped French manicure is pure perfection. She’s eager to learn, passionate about quality and truly outstanding. Best nail salon ever. They have a wide variety of products and services. My favorite is the Dazzle manicure. It's not hard on your nails and lasts a long time. All the techs are very talented. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! My original appt had to be rescheduled due to a nail tech’s illness and Jenny worked with me to ensure I could still come in before my birthday. I truly appreciated her accommodating me! I ended up seeing Irina for an e-file manicure+strengthening and she was wonderful. Great attention to detail and one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

There is nothing comparable to Amelina Paraiso salon! The quality of the products, e-files and bits, the technicians work ... top quality! The entire team is strong and always helping each other to grow and improve. My nails always look phenomenal and it is such a pleasure to visit with such lovely women – each and every one of them! I drive all the way from downtown Chicago to Desplaines and it is WORTH the trip! Because of the long trip, I am able to stretch out my visits to five weeks. The manicure + gel overlay + gel color last THAT LONG!

My manicure was amazing! Ivannia helped me make sure I got the design I wanted for the holidays and answered all my questions.

Amalia Paraiso once again, has been accommodating and my nails always look on point. This nail salon is one of the best in the Chicagoland area, and uses high quality materials for their customers. Amelina Paraiso is one of the best nail salons in the Chicago area. I have been coming here for over four years and the staff is wonderful. The salon is European style based mani and pedi which if you know is much better then the traditional foot soaking in water salons we have here. The aesthetic of Amelina Paraiso is top notch! Nothing beats it in comparison. My nails and toes always look put together and I come out there feeling like a new person. Amelina Paraiso is one of the best! If you want amazing service, European aesthetic this place is the one! Cheers
