This was my 6 years old first time at a salon. She was very nervous. Jocelyn was very accommodating and very gentle with her. Jocelyn even put on music to my daughters liking. My daughter usually cries when I even come near her to comb her hair. She let Jocelyn wash, detangle, condition, blowdry, trim and flat iron her hair. My daughter couldn't stop swinging her hair. She left feeling like a princess. Thank you again.

I recently relocated to Charlotte and entrusted my hair to Jocelyn after an exhaustive online search. During my first appointment, she performed a thorough analysis of my hair/scalp and provided excellent guidance and service. Jocelyn is not simply a talented stylist; she genuinely cares about hair health. My hair was not in the best condition when I arrived but after my first visit I noticed a change in my elasticity and bounce. She now has me on a strategic path towards a better mane and I am confident my hair will be in good hands.

This was my first time going to Jocelyn and believe me I was not disappointed at all when I did. I am natural and have been for several years and I wanted a change so I went to get a blow out and OMG, my hair felt so good and soft and I could stop looking the mirror and talking to others about her work. She did a phenomenal job with my hair. I was so impressed with the work and skills that she has. I had to switch stylists recently after my last one in Charlotte retired to stay at home with her babies. I came across Fern & Ivy while at lunch one day and decided to give it a try, and boy am I glad I did, because I found my new stylist! Aubrey is amazing at what she does, a true master of her craft. I gave her very little guidance about what what I was going for on the color side for this fall and she completely slayed the color and cut. The salon has great ambiance and the stylists are knowledgeable, would highly to friends looking for a new spot.

I love coming to see Jocelyn! She is so passionate and has all the knowledge to share. My hair looks amazing both curly or blown out. ❤️❤️

Fern & Ivy hair haus is the best salon by far that I have found in Charlotte. Everyone from the front desk to all the stylists and owners are so warm and welcoming.
