An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. I have been visiting Selina for a while now and the bespoke glow facial is amazing. I alternate between that and the glass skin facial and the results are amazing! My skin looks so fresh and glowing and at 66 years old that’s important! Would definitely recommend a visit.
